The kitchen comes fully equipped for your convenience. Any remaining food items are at your disposal. We offer a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea for your enjoyment.

The refrigerator filtered water is safe to drink, or you have the option to purchase bottled water or boil tap water. The small spout by the kitchen sink is good for cooking. Water from bathroom sinks can be used for brushing teeth.

You’ll find safes in every bedroom for your convenience. Should the safe batteries deplete, make use of the key provided, which is attached to the bedroom door.

Laundry is available on the 1^st floor of the condo. Smoking is allowed outside only – thank you

Housekeeping will conduct cleaning after your departure. If you’d like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning (subject to a fee), you can find the contact details in the kitchen.

Regarding leftover food and beverages, any unopened items will be managed by housekeeping, either being discarded or kept for the use of future guests or staff.

The Wi-Fi for the main floor can be accessed using the login information located beneath the main TV on the table. For the upstairs Wi-Fi, you’ll find the login details on the modem, placed under the nightstand. There are other public Wi-Fi options at the BBQ, Gym and Lobby – details in the unit.

You can find bath and pool towels within the suite, while beach towels are accessible at the Kay Beach Club. You’ll also discover a variety of golf clubs for your enjoyment near the 2nd floor elevator.

Feel at ease to utilize the red golf cart in the parking area, provided it’s in working condition. IMPORTANT: When the battery indicator turns yellow, please plug it into the socket labeled V110 for a minimum of 6 hours.
