Check in and out at your convenience.
Before your arrival in Mexico, please email us the full names of all guests staying in the unit, along with their phone numbers to: christinel@ionfs.ca. Please note there is a maximum of 6 guests and pets are not allowed.
Once we have received your email, we will then provide you with a QR code that is needed to gain access from the main road entry and other entry points around the resort complex.
Please let us know your flight details so we can inform the cleaners to prepare the suite for your stay and arrange for prompt housekeeping after your departure.
Once you arrive at our unit, there is a lock pad on the condo front door. We will text you that code when we send you the QR code.
As you step inside the condo unit, keys will be on the hook by the elevator.

When it’s time to depart, we have a few requests to make things go smoothly. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Upon your scheduled departure, we kindly ask the following:
Turn on the dishwasher
Switch off all lights and A/C units
Close all windows and unit doors
Dispose of garbage
Place keys on the designated spot by the elevator
Report any damages/repairs needed to unit, vehicle or golf cart
*Feel free to leave a tip for the cleaners
