Getting here – tips to make your arrival easy.

Find us at Kaan Ha by Bahia Principe Riviera Maya, 77775 Quintana Roo, Mexico. The resort is 94 KM south of Cancun Int’l Airport – part of the Tulum Country Club. You’ll turn right off the main highway (Hwy. 307) – at the sign for Bahia Principe / Tulum Country Club.

Upon arrival to the entrance security gate, provide the QR code you were emailed before your trip, then visit the concierge to register. You must provide ID.

On-Site Vehicle Use

There is a private vehicle for use at the Kaan Ha resort, in the parking area by the unit.
It’s a white Kia. Car key access information will be emailed to you prior to your stay.

If you have any problems with the vehicle, please contact the general manager. Gas is full. At the end of your stay, please make sure fuel is at the same level you started with.

Airport Shuttles

Cancun Airport Transfer round-trip services or American Transfers Cancun. Be sure to book these services in advance.

Kaan Ha Information

Located within a private, 600 hectare oasis estate or hacienda. There are endless natural preserves and landscapes as well as amazing amenities – including a PGA-licensed golf course.

The pools, shops, gym, business centre, main lobby and other on-site amenities are all a short walk away from the unit. You will need a shuttle, rental car, or make use of our on-site car to enjoy off-resort activities and shopping.

Resort trolly

During your stay, there are free shuttle trolleys to and from the beach, casino and other destinations around the hacienda. Ask reception or the concierge about trolley times.

Golf cart

There is a red golf cart that can be found in the parking area at the unit.

Please charge overnight when the dash shows 65% battery (yellow light). Charging outlet is located beside the cart.

Under the front seats, you will find 2 cords. One cord is for the power outlet (110V), the other cord plugs into the cart behind driver’s legs.

ONLY USE outlet marked V110 (NOT V220!) for minimum of 6 hours.

Grocery store

Selecto Chedraui has two locations nearby approx. 20 to 25 minute drive. There is also a small local market on-site every Saturday by the Club House.
